<Yellow> - Date of the Foreclosure Auction
<Red> - Date of the Legal Ads are published

<Blue> - Date our Foreclosure Report hardcopy is mailed

Note:  Two Legal Ad dates are listed each month since some counties publish legal ads on Thursday (e.g. Gwinnett) and others on Friday (e.g. Cobb).

About the Calendar Information

These monthly calendars are provided to our customers to communicate the monthly Foreclosure Auction dates and the dates that our data products are available to our customers. 

In Georgia, the Foreclosure Auction takes place on the first Tuesday of each month.  These dates are shown on the monthly calendars.

The legal ad information on the preforeclosure properties that are targeted to be auctioned at the Foreclosure Auction is made available to the public four weeks prior to the auction date.  That is when our works begins; recording, cross-referencing, and supplementing the data. 

Our Foreclosure Report is available on the Monday evening following the legal ad publication.  That is when your work begins; analyzing, researching, and visiting potential investment properties.  If you would like information faster, then we provide Quick Data and Mailing List products that are available the evening that the legal ads are published.
